This allows me to work with you on what your concerns are and am able to provide the necessary treatments to help you achieve your goals, rather than being told by the insurance companies what treatments and how many visits they dictate without ever meeting you.

Carole Yoshiwara DC, CCSP®

Dr. Carole’s background in competitive sports, swimming at the University of Hawaii, and experience in hospitality has all lead her to a career in health and wellness. She is also a certified personal trainer (NASM-CPT), Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, and Barbell Rehab Method Certified. She is the Team Chiro at the Redwood Empire Gymnastics, Vallejo Aquatics, and SRJC.

As an athlete, Dr. Carole has the unique insight on the pressures to perform well. Which is why she embodies the same urgency to help you with your situation. She is your go-to chiropractor for shoulder pain, low back pain, ankle injures, and everything in between. Don’t be surprised when she has you doing exercises for part of your treatment.

In her free time she enjoys training and racing sprint triathlons and half marathons. In 2021, she competed at the USA Triathlon Age Group National Championships. And she is a part of Team Zoot, a top-tier nation-wide triathlon team.
